It is accessed up a sloped ladder, has a good balcony rail to help keep children safe, and a great view from the top out of the top back window.The sides of this play house are made of pine panels, fashioned into tongue and groove cladding which has had a base coat proofing treatment applied at the factory. This can be painted over by you using weather resistant wood paints, letting you customise the playhouse to suit you!The roof and floor are made of flat panels – the roof is finished with the included pre-cut roofing felt and self-sealing roofing nails. The design of the roof is rounded and angular – just like a traditional Dutch barn. The base is raised up on a series of planed timber joists and should ideally be installed on hard level ground or decking. All the internal timber for the playhouse is well planed and has rounded edges – helping to keep it child-friendly and splinter free.The timber for this playhouse is taken from responsible, sustainable sources as monitored and approved by the FSC.
